Design by Nicole, The Casa Martinez. Construction by Menendez Contracting, our construction partner. Photography by Mike Moon Studio.
01 / KITCHEN
The heart of the home.
A generous island, light cabinetry, and warm metal details bring the kitchen together.
02 / PRIMARY BATHROOM
A quieter kind of luxury.
Textured tile, a glass shower enclosure, and a wood-tone double vanity create a calm palette.
03 / GUEST BATHROOM
Thoughtful, down to the details.
A tiled tub surround, recessed niche, and compact vanity make room for everyday comfort.
